The Asia-Pacific Bauhinia Youth Scholars Forum (APBYSF) is formally launched to build a high-level academic exchange platform for young sci-tech scholars across the Asia-Pacific, to drive innovation in future frontier technologies, and to foster interdisciplinary research and international academic collaboration.

The forum's overall governing body is based in Hong Kong, China, with its full-chain operation and management executed locally. Under a "one stop, one conference" Asia-Pacific touring model, the forum will successively hold a series of academic conferences in different Asia-Pacific cities; the venue, dates, agenda and theme of each stop are flexibly selected and announced according to the academic needs of the year.
在巡回办会过程中，论坛将与各地高校、科研院所、学术机构联合举办各站会议，充分整合区域学术资源，搭建开放、包容、务实的跨区域学术对话空间。通过主旨报告、专题研讨、学术沙龙、成果展示等多元形式，汇聚亚太地区青年科创学者、科研骨干及产业界代表，聚焦前沿科技交叉领域，推动青年学者间的思想碰撞、经验共享与协同创新。
在巡迴辦會過程中，論壇將與各地高校、科研院所、學術機構聯合舉辦各站會議，充分整合區域學術資源，搭建開放、包容、務實的跨區域學術對話空間。通過主旨報告、專題研討、學術沙龍、成果展示等多元形式，匯聚亞太地區青年科創學者、科研骨幹及產業界代表，聚焦前沿科技交叉領域，推動青年學者間的思想碰撞、經驗共享與協同創新。
Throughout the touring process, the forum will co-organise each stop with local universities, research institutes and academic institutions, fully integrating regional academic resources to build an open, inclusive and pragmatic cross-regional space for academic dialogue. Through keynote addresses, thematic panels, academic salons, showcase sessions and other diverse formats, it brings together young sci-tech scholars, research leaders and industry representatives across the Asia-Pacific, focusing on interdisciplinary frontier technologies and advancing intellectual exchange, experience sharing and collaborative innovation among young scholars.

The forum consistently upholds the core philosophy of "youth leadership, sci-tech driven, Asia-Pacific connected, open collaboration", striving to break down disciplinary and geographical boundaries, provide a regular platform for the region's young innovators, and support the translation of frontier technologies and the building of international academic networks. Details of the first stop of this series will be announced separately, with arrangements for subsequent stops to follow progressively.
